This versatile system has a touch-panel control with an intuitive graphic user interface and was designed for multiple orthopedic procedures. The SynergyResection shaver features two fully functional channels that allow optional simultaneous handpiece operation. Use a single footswitch to control both channels, or attach a second footswitch to the console to operate each channel individually.
The SynergyResection shaver has a maximum speed of 8000 revolutions per minute, providing precise burr control during surgical procedures. Additionally, the shaver’s setting can be displayed on the operative monitor when connected to the Synergy imaging system (heads-up display) using a dedicated cable (available as an optional add-on to the Synergy console).
